Vinni Lewis
Head Teacher, Group Teacher Yellow PotsVinni Lewis joined Paint Pots in April 1995 becoming head in 1997. Before studying for her Montessori Diploma at St Nicholas she had been travelling extensively with a wide variety of jobs including organizing conferences, cooking in restaurants and for Director’s Lunches, secretarial and PA work, sailing yachts and running a beach bar in Ecuador.
Celia Adamson
Deputy Head, Group Teacher Red PotsCelia first came to Paint Pots as a parent in September 1994. While looking for a nursery school she was inspired by Maria Montessori’s work and decided to do the Montessori training. When her son left Bayswater she joined us to do her Teaching Practice and then took a position as a group teacher. After two years she left to have her second child and to study for a Counselling Diploma in Psychotherapy. She then joined us again as Deputy Head in 2006.
Shefali Patel
Green Pots, First Aid Officer, Special Educational Needs CoordinatorShefali joined Paint Pots in September 2007. She completed a degree in Fine Art before doing her Montessori Diploma. She is also an assistant leader of a children’s organisation called “Shishukunj where they provide various activities for a mixed age range of children at weekends and holidays.
Lavinia Davis
Assistant TeacherLavinia completed her Montessori Diploma seven years ago and has been working with us intermittently every since. She comes in and does wonderful projects with the children and is an invaluable member of our team.
